This PR adds support for adding Typer CLIs in the reference docs. This detects a typer.Typer app during CLI discovery and converts it to a Click command tree via typer.main.get_command(). Then, it reuses the existing extraction/rendering path. Works through the same cli.enabled config (so no new options).
