Fix Throne of Eldraine - #6625

Investigator 3 reviewed 32 assigned PRs (of 100 candidate). The 10 PRs with hydrated patch data show only benign changes: localization files (nl.json in little-ninja and OpenRCT2), a game-data correction (WesternDiaryRequirement.java), a Discord-bot formatting rule (commands.js), a browser-extension mascot config (xmascot.js), graphic assets and frame registrations for a card-design tool, VS Code snippet adjustments, and Tumblr UI/CSS tweaks. No malicious code, backdoors, credential exfiltration, hidden network calls, dependency tampering, or obfuscation was found in reviewed material. However, 20 hydrated PRs are metadata-only with no patch content, and 70 PRs were entirely omitted from the evidence packet. No patch-level review was possible for any of the 4 contributions to harmonyland/harmony (a Discord API library), a high-value supply-chain target. Because the majority of candidate PRs lack patch visibility and the highest-risk repositories in this shard were not hydrated, the shard cannot support a confident safety verdict.
