dnoise 0.6.0: read Bruker frames with sage-plus-tdf; MSRV 1.97 - #16

sage-plus-tdf is our pure-Rust fork of timsrust 0.6.6 (turso_core in place of the object_store/tokio/arrow stack). FrameReader is the only frame path, so the swap is confined to src/tsr.rs; metadata stays on rusqlite. Verified: examples/frame_digest gives byte-identical digests, point counts and refused-frame counts under both readers on 48 runs (4 benchmark arms, 22 platform raw, 22 platform denoised). clippy -D warnings clean; cargo test 115 passed, 0 failed. The RUSTSEC-2026-0194/0195 audit ignores are dropped with the crates that needed them. Dependency is pinned by git revision, so cargo publish is blocked until sage-plus-tdf is on crates.io or vendored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
The fork is now published, so the git-revision pin (which blocked cargo publish) is replaced by the registry release. sage-plus-tdf declares rust-version 1.97, so the library and CLI MSRV rises from 1.88 to 1.97 and the CI MSRV job checks 1.97.0; dnoise-core stays at 1.85. Verified with the registry crate (turso_core 0.8.2): frame digests, point counts and refused-frame counts identical to the timsrust-tdf baseline on all 48 runs; clippy -D warnings clean; tests pass. Bump dnoise, dnoise-core and dnoise-gui to 0.6.0 (and the dnoise-core path-dependency version). CHANGELOG gets a dated 0.6.0 section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
