There are two near-duplicate copies of the "promoting Perl community articles" content:

As of #509 the root page copy is correctly excluded from paginated listings (the article version remains listed), but the root copy is still published as a standalone page, creating duplicate content at a top-level URL.
Suggested action
Decide whether the standalone /promoting-perl-community-articles/ page is intended. If not, remove content/promoting-perl-community-articles.md (or redirect it to the /article/ version).
