The color changes seem to stem from updates to https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/blob/master/services/web/assets/themes/owncloud/theme.json , which was used as basis for updating some icons in this release branch by the pull-ocis-icons.yml workflow.

I'll check if these color changes were desired or the result of a format change.
