What does this PR do / why do we need it:
I do not want to install a complex and unmaintained hdfs file system, but I also need to obtain multiple data virtualization components that can support synchronization of the same dynamic directory. Because my application scenario has two sets of k8s environments that are disconnected from the network, and only one database is connected to the two environments, I want to use the database to support it
