Add editor configuration and line ending normalization.
- Add scripts/validate_models.py with Swagger/OpenAPI conformance checking, required fields validation, type consistency, $ref resolution, naming convention enforcement, and version compatibility checking - Add scripts/test_validate_models.py with comprehensive pytest tests - Fix typo in README.md: 'Foundatation' -> 'Foundation' Signed-off-by: Srikanth Patchava <spatchava@meta.com>
