[WIP] Extend ArchiCrop to individual plant reconstruction

1. Extend Archicrop with a given number of total leaves
2. Convert archicrop output to mtg and obj readable by external software (blender, ArchimedLight.jl)

1. Debug archicrop to return exact leaf surface
2. Integrate MTG and obj code into native archicrop files
