Add FastDup from nf-core modules to raredisease (subworkflow align_bwa_bwamem2_bwameme)

Description

This PR adds the FastDup nf-core module into raredisease, specifically the align_bwa_bwamem2_bwameme subworkflow. This is a faster alternative to Markduplicates, which is still the default.
