Summary

Scaffolds the per-repo configuration that the mattpocock engineering skills (to-tickets, triage, to-spec, wayfinder, domain-modeling) read, via /setup-matt-pocock-skills.

  • AGENTS.md: new ## Agent skills section pointing at the three docs below. CLAUDE.md keeps importing AGENTS.md, so nothing else changes.
  • docs/agents/issue-tracker.md: GitHub Issues on namikmesic/puck through gh. Since origin is the Gitea mirror, every gh call passes -R namikmesic/puck. "PRs as a request surface" is off.
  • docs/agents/triage-labels.md: the five canonical labels mapped to themselves (needs-triage, needs-info, ready-for-agent, ready-for-human, wontfix). Only wontfix exists on GitHub today; triage creates the rest on first use.
  • docs/agents/domain.md: single-context layout (CONTEXT.md and docs/adr/ at the root, created lazily by /domain-modeling).

Test plan

  • Docs-only change, no code touched. npm run lint reports the same three pre-existing unresolved-import errors in test/unit/daemon-*.test.ts with and without this change (stale node_modules, unrelated).

…s, domain docs

Scaffold the per-repo configuration the mattpocock engineering skills read:
GitHub Issues on namikmesic/puck via gh (origin is a Gitea mirror, so every
gh call passes -R), the five canonical triage labels unchanged, and the
single-context domain-doc layout. AGENTS.md points at docs/agents/*.md.
