Fixes the CI-only Compose integration failure introduced by hardcoding a model tag in the regression test.
CI provisions qwen2.5:0.5b while local Compose setup provisions the configured default model. The test now omits the optional model so both environments exercise their configured stack. The friction note records this contract.
Verification: both query JSON and SSE integration tests pass against the rebuilt local Compose stack.
