docs: add the device setup flow diagram - #233

The Introduction section had class diagrams but no flow diagram showing how an application actually brings a device up: enumerate, makeDevice, Init, Configure, stream creation and teardown order. Added as a mermaid sequence diagram mirroring the basicRX/basicTX examples, with the page text explaining each step. Flow part of myriadrf#183, class diagram updates are in myriadrf#221.
