Documents the new deep anchor support for the View component introduced in mintlify/mint#7211.

• components/view.mdx: Added a "Deep anchor links" section explaining how to link directly to views and to elements inside views, and how view selections update the URL hash.
• guides/linking.mdx: Added a "View deep links" subsection under "Deep links" covering the same feature in the linking guide.

Closing as duplicate of #5483. Multiple PRs were opened documenting the same View component deep link feature (mint#7211). PR #5483 is the most comprehensive version. Note: the underlying feature has not yet shipped to production main.
