Adds emojis? and shortcodes? to the Vale accepted vocabulary. These terms were introduced in PR #5472 (Document emoji picker in web editor) and would trigger Vale spelling warnings.

Note

Low Risk
Low risk: only updates Vale’s accepted vocabulary to suppress false-positive spelling warnings, with no runtime or production behavior changes.

Overview
Adds emojis? and shortcodes? to the Vale accepted vocabulary in .vale/styles/config/vocabularies/Mintlify/accept.txt so docs mentioning emoji pickers/shortcodes no longer trigger Vale spelling warnings.

Closing as duplicate of #5476. PR #5476 covers the same emoji/shortcode vocabulary additions plus the redeployment pattern expansion, making this one redundant.
