This states that 1.1.1 is the minimum allowed version, but the configured-version validation currently accepts versions from MIN_COMPATIBLE_PYREFLY_VERSION (1.0.0). Please either document the actual 1.0.0 floor or raise the enforced floor to 1.1.1 so configured versions and documentation agree.
