Created example with standard and evaluation flows which use RAG. Standard flow is taken from https://github.com/microsoft/promptflow/tree/main/examples/flows/chat/chat-with-pdf Evaluation flow is taken from https://github.com/microsoft/promptflow/tree/main/examples/flows/evaluation/eval-qna-rag-metrics. Example follows the proposed structure of LLmops template
