Add AutomationProperties.LabeledBy to the 'Add new size' button in Image Resizer settings, binding it to the parent 'Presets' SettingsCard. This creates a programmatic relationship between the button and its section label per WCAG 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships), so screen readers convey that the button belongs to the Presets section.
