Azure Linux cannot validate the CI egress certificate when uv downloads the locked PyPI artifacts. Summary
requirements.txt/requirements.intopyproject.toml,uv.lock, anduv.toml.This follows the uv-native pattern introduced for Agent Framework samples in #992, adapted for the BYO samples' Python 3.12, browser automation, GitHub Copilot runtime, diagnostics, and egress-certificate paths. Toolbox images use the repository-standard Python slim base because Azure Linux cannot validate the CI egress certificate during uv downloads.
