@Suhani95 syntaxt of golangci-lint v2 is not compatible with v1, this needs to update https://github.com/meshery-extensions/meshery-cilium/blob/master/.golangci.yml as well

If I am right migration of the configuration file from v1 to v2 has been done in meshery/msehry and meshery/mehskit

This PR fixes #188
Changes made :
Updates the Go version used in this repository from 1.24 to 1.25.
Updates GitHub Action version tags across the workflows to their latest stable releases.
