Resolve critical advisory GHSA-jqcg-44mw-7w3h by locking the Express/MCP transitive dependency proxy-addr to 2.0.8. The existing parent range permits this patch; only its lock entry and registry integrity change.
Validation: frozen install with lifecycle scripts disabled; MCP integration tests (4 passing); git diff --check. Daily baseline lint, type check, 3,733 tests and KeeWeb build passed before this change.
No unrelated dependency updates.
