Brings in several .aseprite decoder hardening fixes (stack overflow decoding properties, invalid external file types, tileset ID mapping and chunk bounds) as well as group layer blend mode support. The dio::FileInterface API changed: tell() is now const and a new writeBytes() member was added. The dio library now also contains the .aseprite encoder, which could be used to add write support later.

Ubuntu runners need apt-get update before install to avoid 404s from stale package lists. The windows-2025 image now ships Visual Studio 2026, so the "Visual Studio 17 2022" generator no longer finds a compiler. Keep the win64_msvc2022_64 job on windows-2022 which still has VS2022.
The updated laf requires Xrandr on Linux (x11/monitor.cpp and x11/screen.cpp), failing configure in the Ubuntu jobs.
