The freshly-extracted TypeScript modules in the anywidget package carried snake_case names forward from the original widget.js. Since that convention was isolated to the anywidget package (other packages were already camelCase apart from deno and create-anywidget), taking this opportunity to normalize the whole workspace on camelCase before any of these symbols start getting imported across packages.
