README.en.md, an English translation ofREADME.md, and a简体中文 | Englishlanguage switcher line at the top of both files.README.md: only the switcher line is added; no other change.README.en.md: new file, same structure as the Chinese README, including the license and disclaimer sections. Links to Chinese-only docs are marked "(Chinese)".
