- Add `npx governance-sdk demo` (+ root `npm run demo`): zero-setup, in-process walkthrough of tool-call enforcement, injection pre-scan, output masking, and HMAC audit-chain verification (edit + delete detection), with tests. `--help` now exits 0. - Repoint every Lua-controlled link, badge, and package metadata field at scotty595/governance-sdk; add a provenance note; list Lua AI, Inc. under contributors (LICENSE unchanged). - Document hosted mode vendor-neutrally; hedge and date competitor claims; clarify "12 framework integrations" as 12 modules across 11 frameworks. - Replace the demo-app Vite boilerplate README. - SECURITY.md → GitHub private vulnerability reporting; CoC contact updated. - Publish with npm provenance; governance-sdk-platform 0.1.4 (metadata only). - Mastra processor name → "Governance Processor"; CycloneDX default vendor → "governance-sdk"; regenerate OG image; sync package README; lockfile.
