feat(ai): default food-photo estimates to gpt-6-luna - #192

Swap the gateway default from gpt-5.6-luna to gpt-6-luna, keeping low effort first and medium as the retry. Verified the staging CLIProxyAPI lists gpt-6-luna and serves vision requests with the (low) suffix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
