LIG-10241 Add sample-tag comparison E2E coverage

Summary

• seed two deterministic overlapping sample tags and one empty sample tag in the distribution E2E fixture
• expose stable per-tag option test IDs
• add a dedicated Playwright distribution project and CI matrix entry
• verify ordered comparison selection and zero-filled counts for the empty tag
• verify comparison updates without navigation or an image-list refetch
• verify the panel reports all three selected sample-tag series

Testing instructions

1. Build and start the dedicated distribution fixture:

   cd lightly_studio
   make build-dirty
   uv run e2e-tests/index_distribution.py

2. In another terminal run:

   cd lightly_studio_view
   npx playwright test --project=distribution

3. For static validation:

   cd lightly_studio
   make static-checks
   cd ../lightly_studio_view
   make static-checks

Expected: the single distribution comparison E2E test passes.

Validation

• backend static checks: passed
• frontend static checks: passed
• production build: passed
• npx playwright test --project=distribution: 1 passed
