cannot build SDL_ttf on iOS: cannot build SDL_gl_textengine.c

[bostick]

Recent addition of SDL_gl_textengine.c has broken SDL_ttf on iOS.

errors:

SDL_gl_textengine.c
  Unknown type name 'GLuint'
  Unknown type name 'PFNGLGENTEXTURESPROC'
  Unknown type name 'PFNGLDELETETEXTURESPROC'
  ...

This is caused by commit 7df7b48

I have locally removed src/SDL_gl_textengine.c from CMakeLists.txt but I wonder if this can get any prioritizing for proper fix?

Yep, I've been very busy this summer, but it's on the TODO list. Feel free to submit a PR if you have something you'd like to contribute.
