Import the JavaScript SDK as one clean snapshot commit, without staging Git history.

Related: LIN-505.

Production was empty. Its main branch now contains only an empty initialization commit.
Copy staging 1cad116 unchanged onto that initialization.
Production receives one import commit; staging commits are not ancestors.

  1. Import the combined JavaScript SDK and repository configuration.
  2. Preserve production initialization and record the source SHA.
  3. Keep promotion disabled until snapshot-based promotion and reverse sync are reviewed.

langchainplus continues using langsmith-sdk. Publishing and public visibility remain separate tasks.

Validation

All 516 files exactly match staging.
Verified one commit ahead of production main, one parent, and no staging ancestry.
CI results remain pending on this import head.

Before merging

Review CI and the imported release-please configuration.
The existing promotion workflow would import staging history again.
Reverse sync must support separate histories; do not enable the current promotion pipeline.

Import unchanged files from langsmith-javascript-staging at 1cad116.
Retain production initialization without importing staging commit history.
