…d plan, and re-plan a lane after new work - A terminal artifact landing (the hosted path) now refuses a changed repository with no recorded review, the way the local plan does, instead of skipping it and archiving the bundle around it. - `knit land resume` refuses a run whose plan was regenerated since, naming the steps that differ, instead of panicking in execute_run. - `knit land <same destination>` after more work was committed plans the new work instead of printing the finished run.
