What can be improved?
In some rare cases I have logins that end up having two or more different OTP codes for reasons. I recently made the jump from 1Password which handled this fine, but in KeePassium any OTP that is named or a secondary entry refuses to display the OTP and instead just acts like a plaintext field showing the otpauth URL instead.
The solution you'd like
If a field is an OTP field/contains an otpauth URL, display the OTP value regardless of being named or additional OTP field.
Alternatives you've considered
The alternative currently would be to have separate passwords that are just the OTP fields.
