Adds documentation for the new
keda_scaler_empty_upstream_responses_totalmetric introduced in kedacore/keda#7671.This metric tracks the number of times a scaler returns an empty response from its upstream source (e.g. a Prometheus query returning no results), which is useful for monitoring scalers with
ignoreNullValues: false.
