Adds Python 3.15 support: raises the
requires-pythonupper bound to<3.16, adds 3.15 to the PR and scheduled test matrices, and refreshespoetry.lock. The test suite passes on Python 3.15.0 locally (695 passed). #2131 only bumps the CI Python version, so the upper bound still blocks installs on 3.15.AI-assisted contribution by Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5). Reviewed manually.
