Tried the demo again, could see no bookmarks, though there were multiple pages and 328 given as a count. Eventually was able to see them when I experimentally temporarily enabled JS for the site.
What I expected:
Features that can fine without running Javascript programs would work fine without running Javascript programs.
What happened:
I was not able to see the core contents of the site until I temporarily enabled Javascript.
Discussion:
FAYT (find as you type) is fine to require JS for as an enhancement, since it requires live queries to the database. Displaying simple HTML records should not require Javascript at any stage.
I suspect this will be closed as wontfix as it implicates an early stage architectural choice which likely runs throughout the code. Nevertheless, it is necessary for those who care to speak as I've been dismissed by programmers at multiple organizations as non-existent. We do exist, and we do care.
