Move wiki [documentation]

The aim is to move our old vehicle description wiki to a new, better one. Versioning, searching, dark mode are among the nice-to-have features.

• Old (original) Wiki: github.com/szenergy/szenergy-public-resources/wiki
• Decision is needed: which technology, what url etc.
  • New site e.g.: jkk-research.github.io
  • Technology e.g. MkDocs material + versioning: squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/setup/setting-up-versioning/
• Define versioning strategies, decision is needed:
  • Semantic: vMAJOR.MINOR - MAJOR increments on new sensor set / hardware generation, MINOR increments on regular documentation updates (approx. monthly). Example: v1.0 → v1.1 → v1.2 → v2.0
  • Season-based: YEAR.GENERATION - YEAR reflects the competition season, GENERATION increments on new sensor set / hardware generation within that season. Example: 2025.1 → 2025.2 → 2026.1
