Jenkins and plugins versions report
Jenkins 2.492.1
What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?
Ubuntu
Reproduction steps
Process a JUnit test results file with attachments and navigate to either a test class or a specific test case and click on the 'Attachments' menu item on the LHS. See the breadcrumbs at the top of the screen repeat the 'Test Results' part and they also repeat the 'Attachments' part:

The link for the first 'Test Results' is http://localhost:8080/jenkins/job/ann-build-old/16/testReport/ and for the second one it is http://localhost:8080/jenkins/job/ann-build-old/16/testReport/junit/. Why is this 'junit' bit necessary? All appears to work with or without that bit?
Expected Results
I would expect the 'Test Results' and 'Attachments' parts of the breadcrumbs not to be repeated.
Actual Results
The 'Test Results' and 'Attachments' parts of the breadcrumbs are repeated.
Anything else?
No response
Are you interested in contributing a fix?
No, not me this time please
