Add ResultsTable.to_dataframe() with one row per trial, preserving factors, objective scores, annotations, and optionally flattened metadata under meta.*. Trial counts, raw adaptive means, and standard errors remain available. Reject ambiguous column collisions and mismatched metadata lengths. Pandas is deferred and available through the dataframe extra; CSV export uses the resulting DataFrame.

Validation:
just ci; regressions for categorical/sparse configs, nested statistical metadata, missing values, independent numeric arrays, empty tables, collisions, metadata shape, and missing-pandas installation guidance. Strict docs build validates the export guide.
