Recent source commits renamed/added linter rules (core-operations → use-interface, new use-api-version, use-operation-decorator, use-relationship-required-properties) and added experimental Relationship / BillingData types.

• Metadata: Advanced azure-resource-manager.meta.json to the current checkout commit.

Verification / audit notes

• Reference docs (reference/*.md) regenerated via pnpm regen-docs with no diff — lib doc comments already current.
• No remaining references to the old core-operations rule name anywhere in the docs.
• Every linter rule slug in the getstarted + how-to guides now matches a registered rule name.
• All TypeSpec examples verified against lib/**/*.tsp; no deprecated APIs or Resource-suffixed template models introduced.
• Experimental Relationship / BillingData intentionally not given new getting-started content.

Documentation-only change, so no changelog entry was added.
