Replace the process-compose development runner with Muster, add named local server instances, discover linked Git worktrees at their recorded locations, allocate stable port blocks, and run each unit through checkout-relative direnv scripts.

Synchronize extension state and actions, redesign the Muster panel with a dependency graph, render Mermaid in Markdown previews, open supervised terminals directly, persist workspace panel state in URLs, and improve active unit presentation.

Bound virtual-channel reconnects and request deadlines, correlate copy failures, expose a race-free session exit waiter, reject work across server generations, and allow control clients to create terminals without subscribing.
