Sample Type and Sample Processing are incomplete

Unless the expectation is for these to be harmonized in MD, they should have enough information for ETL authors to identify suitable codes for. Right now, there is no information about them on the web documentation: No codes, no suggested ontologies, etc.

Yes, the term annotations should be done in MD. Those annotations would ideally be targeted still, though. I don't think there's a way to provide recommended type bindings as there is in FHIR. I don't want to force sample types to be uberon- we could just slap some extra description in there, but it's awkward as in other areas it'll be fully specified in the enumerations (and we don't really want to duplicate that info in those descriptions).

I added something in for sample type and processing. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/obi/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FOBI_0001472?lang=en might be suitable for the storage method?
I added something re NCBITaxon as well. We could restrict to it, but that enumeration could be millions of rows if we materialize it.
