I am sick of writing code with AI. of course in my workplace I will still have to use Coding agent to write code and faster delibery. Understanding AI code isn't enough. For me, coding is an art and writing code can be fun too instead of just generating code with prompt. I don't wanna lose this fun and constantly feel like coding is something I don't own anymore. AI still generates so much bloat and code reviewing is such a pain in the ass. I feel like I have forgotten to how to write code. So I am starting over. If I write good code by myself, I don't have sit hours reviewing my own code. it's much less hassle than me. But I can't immediately switched back to this mode in my workplace else I will lose my job. I will have to keep up with everyone, have to maintain the speed and have to adapt with the environment. But as long as I am at home and coding outside my job (cause it's passion, I am not just coding for money but also for fun) I will write code without using anything that has to do anything with fuckin AI including autocomplete or other small features. I will write code in simple code editor like neovim without any flashy plugins. I hope my ADHD ass can keep consistency this time and can continue learning the way it should learn and the way I would be statisfied and have fun.
