This change adds an optional position SQL WHERE predicate to both update-info source sweeps and forwards the pnpm
--parsingoption while preserving the existing whitelist behavior. It also builds diagnostic video URLs from the actual Axios serialization, omitting unspecified IDs.Source cutoff and bridge behavior are unchanged.
Verification: 32 focused database/updater and API checks; latest full suite, type checks, and build passed. Fresh CI is required for this merge.
