team/pasthearings was recreated from tag v17.103.176 (Framework D line, parent pom 17.103.8) instead of main (which carries unreleased Framework E work). This PR sets the team snapshot version on the new base: 17.103.176 -> 17.103.177-PAST-SNAPSHOT (26 poms, version lines only).
