Details
Local setup logs can be misleading - we log that manual steps required, but also log success.
For most stock devices SIP is enabled, so it is not possible to enable VoiceOver control via automation.
The current flow of directing to docs and also stating success is confusing.
So this change updates to guide the user slightly better:
This should improve the user experience for local machine setup.
