[Bug]: Markdown not displayed on EULA but in Dashboard

What happened?

Markdown does not work for the EULA but in all other places, in particular I checked the Dashboard message. It seems to me that all special characters are completely stripped because even linebreaks/paragraphs seem to get removed.
