Removes dead daemon↔client wire frames and fields (
Detach/Detached/correlation_ok, the unusedDEFAULT_SOCKET_NAMEconstant), distinguishes graceful from unexpected client disconnect for observability, and finishes the half-built presence feature by surfacing the active window count in the TUI header. BumpsPROTOCOL_VERSIONto 2 since the wire format changed.Verification
