Dug into this a bit; it's an issue with the html2text package

I added a comment that this is temporary and will be upgraded properly when html2text PR gets merged (see: jaytaylor/html2text#68)

Fixed in v2.4.3 for now...will update tablewriter to a later version when jaytaylor html2text gets updated

looks like the upstream will never accept the PR. May better to make a fork.

I think there might already exist a fork that upgraded table writer...will investigate and use that instead

Unfortunately https://github.com/jaytaylor/html2text seems to be dead, you need to use https://github.com/inbucket/html2text instead according to their comment.

Package github.com/vanng822/go-premailer also changed html2text on their version v1.29.0, if you could pull that one, it fixes all the issues, I tested it on my fork.
I would create a PR for you, but it's simply updating your packages, it seems a bit overkill.
Also github.com/olekukonko/tablewriter is v1.1.2 now
