feat(js)!: Install SDK version ^11 in JS wizards - #1344

Bump the installed SDK range to `^11` in the angular, cloudflare, nextjs, nuxt, react-router, remix and sveltekit wizards. If a version below v11 is already installed, the wizard prints a link to the v10 to v11 migration guide before it updates the package.

q: This one goes only to the browser migration guide, should we rather point to the exact migration guide given that we have platform specific sections?

What
The angular, cloudflare, nextjs, nuxt, react-router, remix and sveltekit wizards now install v11 of the JavaScript SDKs, and warn with a link to the v10 to v11 migration guide when an older version is already installed.
Why
SDK v11 is the new major, so new setups must start on it and existing setups must know which breaking changes to apply.
