fix: resolve v0.11-dev linter bug-hunt findings

Fixes two confirmed linter defects and retains their regression coverage:

• evaluate Literal array sizes safely so negative/unary values trigger E017
• detect standard mutating methods on self storage containers inside nondeterministic callbacks for E026

Validation

• Bug-hunt regressions: 2 passed
• Full suite: 96 passed
• Ruff check on changed scope: passed
