Converts most components to Single Directory Components and establishes a new folder organization:
components: Single Directory Components, subdivided by category (layouts, components, templates)source: Design tokens and global styles, subdivided by ordered category (config, global, utility)templates: Drupal templates, subdivided by template type (same as before)
