Generic formula for installing ClamAV (clamav, clamav-update, clamd)

* LogFile location
* LogFileMaxSize (May use M or m for megabytes)
* LogTime (Log time with each message)
* LogSyslog (Use system logger)
* TCPSocket
* TCPAddr
* User (defaults to clamscan)
* Cron schedule for freshclam
